干砂消失模铸造金属液充填形态的研究

摘    要:采用高速摄影法和电极触点法 ,对干砂消失模铸造金属液的充填形态进行了初步研究。结果表明 :由于浇注温度不同 ,铸铁和铝合金的充填形态有较大的差异 ,铸铁流动前沿有明显的气隙存在 ,不同浇注系统对充填形态也有一定的影响。

Abstract:The pilot study was done on the filling shape of liquid metal in lost foam process with dry sand by using rapid photography method and contact time method .The result shows that there is a biggish difference between iron and aluminum because of their different pouring temperatures.There is obvious gas gap at the flow front in iron.The pouring system has definite influence on the filling shape.
