55SiMn2Mo钢CCT曲线测定及其转变组织研究

摘    要:通过对高碳55SiMn2Mo贝氏体钢连续冷却转变曲线测定及转变组织研究发现,实验用钢的奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线显著右移,且珠光体转变区被强烈推迟,而贝氏体转变区被推迟较小,在较宽的冷却速度范围内可得到贝氏体转变组织。实验用钢的下贝氏体组织有典型的针状下贝氏体和非典型的针状下贝氏体两种形态,利用透射电镜对空冷条件下的非典型下贝氏体组织进行了观察和分析并探讨了其形成过程。

Abstract:Throuhg meastuing CCTdianram and studig continous colling transformaion strcture of 55simn2mosteel the results found that the CCTdiagram of test steel obviously moved to right and a-ptransformation was strongly delayed buta-transformation was sli-ghtly delayed the bainate was obtained in wider ooling rates the lowbainite appeared typical ad non-typical needle morphology the TEMwas wsed to observe non -typioal needle olw bainite on the condition of ari-cooling and to studty its form pricess
