高速纺阳离子可染涤纶的结构与性能

摘    要:用 DSC、TGA 方法分析比较了阳离子可染涤纶(ECDP)切片的结晶性能以及热稳定性能.用密度梯度法、声速法、S—S曲线、DSC、DDV 等方法对高速卷绕条件下的 ECDP 纤维进行了研究,得出了纺速对 ECDP 卷绕丝的影响规律,并对卷绕丝和 DT 丝的结构性质作了比较.本文还将 ECDP 与 PET 高速纺作了比较,从理论上解释了两者的差异.

THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF HIGH-SPEED SPUN ECDP FIBERS
Abstract:In this paper,DSC and TGA methods were used to analyse the crystallinity and heat stability of ECDP.Then,a lot of methods,such as Density Gradient,Sonic Velocity,S-S Curve,DSC and DDV were used tostudy the properties of ECDP as-spun fibers in the condition of high-speed spinning.Some conclusions ofthe influence of spinning velocity were obtained.Also,the structures and properties of as-spun fibers andDT fiber were studied.Moreover,the reason of the difference between ECDP and PET fibers were explainedtheoretically by comparing these two kinds of as-spun fibers.
