宝钢1780热轧厂加热炉过程控制

宝钢1780热轧厂加热炉过程机应用系统主要包括轧制计划管理、设定、跟踪、实际数据处理、热装支持、通信等模块，与其运行在同一平台下的是自动燃烧控制模型（ACC），应用系统和ACC共同构成加热炉过程机的过程控制系统。应用系统实现对1^#～3^#加热炉的炉前辊道、装出钢机、炉内步进梁的运行控制；板坯核对、吊销、返回等操作；生产数据管理、材料跟踪、实际数据处理、画面和报表等功能。ACC实现自动燃烧控制／数据设定；对加热炉内的板坯进行合理加热；准确控制板坯出炉温度和均匀度。为了达到上述功能，应用系统除了保证物料的正常流程外，还必须考虑各种异常情况，使系统的适应性更强。

Process control and heating furnace and its optimizing processing

Application system of heating furnace process computer in 1780 Hot Strip Mill of Stainless Steel Branch in Baoshan Iron & Steel Co Ltd includes some modules for rolling scheduling management,setting,tracking,data processing,hot charging support and communication etc.ACC(Automatic Combustion Control)model was operated in same platform as application system.Process control system of heating furnace consists of application system and ACC model.Functions of application system include operation control of furnace front roll table,steel loading machine and furnace stepping beam;check,reject and return of slab;production data management,material tracking,actual data processing,display and report etc.ACC is used for automatic combustion control and data setting,proper heating of slab,and accurate control of slab temperature and its evenness.In application system,various abnormal conditions must be taken into account to enhance adaptability of the system.
