城市照明专项规划方法探索

城市照明规划已纳入我国城乡规划体系，其编制也应符合我国城市规划法、城市照明编制方法等相应法规与规范的要求。在具体的操作层面上，我国由于城市照明规划提出时闻较晚，且具有多个学科交叉的特点，还未形成成熟有效的规划方法。本文回顾当前城市规划的历史与发展方向，比较分析世界各国有代表性的城市照明规划，提出我国城市照明的规划趋势，并以北京中心城区景观照明专项规划为例，探索我国的城市照明规划方法。

RESEARCH OF METHOD OF URBAN LIGHTING PLANNING

Urban lighting has become an integral part of China＇s urban and rural planning system. Therefore, its formulation should be in conformity with China＇s Urban Planning Act, Methods for Urban Planning Formulation and other related laws and regulations. On operational level, mature and effective planning methods is still in formation as a result of the late-start of China＇s urban lighting planning and its cross-disciplinary nature. This article review the history and trends of urban planning, selects representative urban lighting planning from different countries for comparison and analysis, and take the urban lighting planning of the center district of Beijing as a sample, outlines the focuses of China＇s urban planning in exploration of the countries own planning methods.
