牡丹种仁多糖提取最佳工艺研究

摘    要:优选牡丹种仁多糖提取工艺条件。用正交试验法设计提取的最佳工艺,以提取物中多糖得率为测定指标,考查温度、料液比、提取时间3个因素对多糖提取的影响。最佳提取工艺为料液比1:20(w/v),温度95℃,提取时间120min。在此条件下,牡丹种仁多糖的提取率为3.825%。该方法可以适用于牡丹种仁多糖的提取。

Abstract:The process of extracting polysaccharide from the seeds of Paeonia suffruticosa was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Factors including temperature,liquid ratio and extraction time were used as index.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: liquid ratio 1∶20(w/v),temperature 95℃ and the extraction time 120min.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of P.suffruticosa seed polysaccharide reaches 3.825%.This method can be applied to the extraction of polysaccharide of P.suffruticosa.
