Abstract: | Abstract This paper discusses a computer-assisted simulation and database package designed for upper primary and secondary schools, and is also useful in teacher-training. It allows groups of students to adopt the roles of characters travelling through Palestine at the time of the New Testament. The nature of the package and its use in the classroom are described, and the effect of this type of package on the roles of student and teacher considered. |
