摘    要:针对压裂返排液水质状况,试验采用混凝工艺预处理压裂返排液。通过单因素变量分析及正交混凝试验,以COD和浊度作为混凝效果的参照指标,试验确定了最佳的混凝工艺:絮凝剂投加量450 mg/L,助凝剂投加量5.0 mg/L,静置时间80 min。其产水浊度、COD及浊度去除率分别达到99.9%、86.5%和87.9%,且产水水质稳定。

Abstract:Based on the water quality of fracturing wastewater, the coagulation - flocculantion process was proposed in the experiment for the treatment of fracturing wastewater. In order to measure the coagulant effect, the chemistry demand oxygen (COD) and turbidity was taken into consideration. Though the analysis of signal factor and orthogonality experiment, the optimum of technology parameters were determined as the follows: the optimum dosages of PAC and PAM were 450 mg/L and 5.0 mg/L, respectively; the optimum standing time was 80 min. After the experiment, the removal rates of suspended solids, COD and turbidity were reached up to 99.9 %, 86.5 % and 87.9 %, respectively. In addition, the water quality of product water from the coagulant-flocculant was stability.
