摘    要:对坦克炮控制系统在主战坦克、步兵战车以及装甲突击车等武器中的地位和作用进行了介绍,叙述了设计新型施力系统的实际意义及系统技术指标,讨论了施力装置的选择及基于电动缸的施力系统设计。利用有限元分析软件对系统的静态变形和动态频响进行计算,得出本系统满足设计指标要求的结论。根据施力系统技术指标的要求,考虑到坦克炮控系统性能试验测试的实际需求,计算了电动缸和驱动电动机的主要性能参数,确定了两者的具体型号。

Abstract:The status of tank gun control system (GCS) in the weapon system as main battle tank (MBT), infantry armored vehicle and armored assault vehicle is introduced, and the signification and system technical index of new force system design is presented. The choice of force activator and the force system design based on electric cylinder are discussed. The static distortion and the dynamic frequency response of force system are calculated by finite element analysis (FEA), and a conclusion for the force system met the design index is drawn. According to the demands of force system index, and considering the performance requirement of tank's GCS, the main performance parameters of electric cylinder and driving motor are calculated, and the type both of them is fixed on.
