MA-TA-AA-AM-SAS共聚物的反相乳液合成及其性能

为了提高产率,减少副反应,以环己烷为分散介质,油/水比例为1.6,Span80-Tween80为乳化剂,使用过硫酸钾作为引发剂,用新方法反相乳液合成了高分子聚合物马来酸酐-牛磺酸-丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺-烯丙基磺酸钠。通过静态阻垢实验评定表明:阻垢剂投加量达到10 mg/L时对碳酸钙和磷酸钙阻垢率较佳,分别为90.4%和91.8%;在高温、高pH、高硬度等恶劣条件下对碳酸钙仍分别有60.2%,46.4%,53.2%的较好阻垢率;投加量达到5 mg/L时对氧化铁分散性能最佳,透光率为46.1%。该共聚物是一种耐恶劣条件的优良阻垢分散剂。

Inverse emulsion polymerization of polymer MA-TA-AA-AM-SAS and its property

In order to improve the rate of production and lessen the side reaction,hexahydrobenzene is taken as the dispersion medium,the proportion of the oil/water is 1.6,Span80-Tween80 is used as the emulsifier and the potassium persulfate as the initiator,polymer MA-TA-AA-AM-SAS was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization.By scale static beaker tests,the experimental results showed that its scale inhibition efficiency against CaCO_3 and Ca_3(PO_4)_2 were better when its dosage is 10 mg/L,90.4%and 91.8%;there are still ideal scale inhibition efficiency 60.2%,46.4%,53.2 %against CaCO_3 in bad condition of high temperature,high pH,high hardness.There is the best disperse property for Fe_2O_3 when the dosage is 5 mg/L,light transmittance is 46.1%.The multipolymer is a good scale inhibition and dispersion agent.
