壳程偏锥对换热器固定管板设计影响的研究

摘    要:在固定管板换热器的设计中,壳程带偏锥换热器管板的设计,一般采用与壳程不带偏锥的结构相同的方法,随着装置的不断大型化,换热器的尺寸也逐渐增大,壳程偏锥结构以及锥角给换热器管板的设计所带来的影响值得研究。作者对11种不同结构尺寸的壳程带偏锥的固定管板换热器进行了研究计算和总结对比,给类似结构的换热器的设计提供有效参考。

Abstract:In the design of fixed tubesheet heat exchangers,the design of tube sheet heat exchangers with shell side eccentric cone generally adopted the same method as the structure without eccentric cone side.With the continuous enlargement of the plants,the size of heat exchangers also gradually increased.The influence of eccentric cone structure and cone angle on the design of tube sheet heat exchangers was worth studying.This paper studied,calculated,summarized and made comparisonon 11 kinds of different structural sizes of fixed tube plate heat exchangers with shell side eccentric cone,and provided the effective reference for the similar design of the heat exchangers.
