电动升降式高温旋塞阀在延迟焦化装置上的应用

延迟焦化装置高温介质管路大多使用高温闸阀、或者进口金属波纹管高温电动球阀,闸阀容易出现阀道结焦;进口高温电动球阀费用高、供货周期长、维修不便、辅助密封蒸汽损耗量大,装置长周期运行成本高。部分装置采用国产双电动或双气动高温旋塞阀,辅助密封蒸汽损耗量小、价格低、维修费用较低,但需额外配备控制柜,才能进入安全联锁控制系统。所以,在延迟焦化装置上非常需要投资低、维修便利、蒸汽耗量少、不易结焦且操作方便的阀门。

Application of electric lifting high temperature plug valve in delayed coking unit

The high temperature medium pipelines of the delayed coking unit mostly used high temperature gate valves or imported metal bellows high temperature electric ball valves.The gate valves were prone to channel coking,but imported high-temperature ball valves were of high cost,long supply cycle,inconvenient maintenance,large steam loss of auxiliary seal,and high cost of long cycle operation of the unit.Part of the delayed coking unit adopted domestic double electric valves or double pneumatic high temperature plug valves,which had low steam loss of auxiliary sealing,low price and low maintenance cost for auxiliary sealing.However,additional control cabinet should be ready for entering the safety interlock control system of the delayed coking unit.Therefore,low investment,convenient maintenance,low steam consumption,not easy to coking,and convenient operation of the valve were in great request in the delayed coking unit.
