| 摘 要： | 随着铁塔公司的正式成立，为提升铁塔资源的管理效率和水平，文中提出了面向铁塔公司的电信基础设施共建共享管理系统的多种实现方案并对比分析。通过信息化技术手段，对铁塔资源的新建或共享流程管理，实现通管局、三家运营商和铁塔公司的电信基础资源共享。 |

| Abstract: | With the establishment of the company, to improve the management efficiency and level of tower resources, this paper puts forward a variety of solutions for the construction and management system of the telecom infrastructure construction and management system of the tower company. By means of information technology, the construction of the tower resources or sharing of process management, to achieve the communications administration, three operators and the tower company's telecommunications infrastructure sharing. |
