基于IEC 61850的充换电站关键设备建模方案

摘    要:IEC 61850标准已广泛应用在变电站自动化系统中,但在电动汽车充换电设施方面的应用还停留在配电系统部分,对于基于IEC 61850的电动汽车充换电监控系统的研发工作尚处于空白。考虑到电力设备的数字化发展趋势,文章介绍了在电动汽车充换电站环境下,充换电设备的IEC 61850的建模方案。根据国家电网公司课题的指导原则,提出充电设施和换电设施的IEC 61850建模思路、建模过程和基本模型,讨论了在实际工程应用中的模型完善方法。

Abstract:IEC 61850 standard has been widely applied in substation automation systems, but there is little work on research and application of IEC 61850 based electric vehicle charging and battery swapping monitoring system. This paper describes a modeling scheme of recharging equipments based on the IEC 61850 for the electric vehicle recharging infrastructure environment. According to the guiding principles of State Grid research project, a modeling idea for charging infrastructure and battery swapping infrastructure based on the IEC 61850 and a model improvement method are proposed respectively.
