| 摘 要： | 传统的电力客户服务系统已经不能满足用户不断增长的需求，结合电力系统的特点，该文提出了基于分布式业务的电力客服系统的设计思路，分析了分布式客服系统的框架和工作原理，并对其中的关键技术进行了的探讨。
