| 摘 要： | 统计分析是企业经营管理过程控制的关键手段，可为企业实现节水节能提供科学依据。作者通过时中国石油吉林石化公司动力厂年度、月度和日用水量进行统计分析，明确了节水节能方向，并通过采取有效的技改措施，实现了节水节能目标和节水节能管理的良性发展。 |

| Abstract: | Statistical analysis is a key approach in the course of enterprise management and administra- lion, it could provide scientific basis to help enterprise to realize water saving and energy saving. By u- sing statistical analysis of annual,monthly and daily water consumption in Power Factory of PetroChi- na Jilin Petrochemical Company, the definite direction was determined and effective technical innova- lion measures were taken to fulfill water saving and energy saving,and thus introducing enterprise to go on the benign development road in water saving and energy saving management. |
