镁合金直接化学镀Ni-P合金工艺

摘    要:研究了镁合金经酸洗直接进行化学镀Ni-P合金工艺。用金相显微镜及扫描电子显微镜观察了镁合金表面经不同时间酸洗后的表面形貌及对镀层质量的影响。分析了镀液pH、温度对镀速的影响,并测试了镀层的表面形貌和耐蚀性。当酸洗时间为25 s时,所得到的镀层均匀致密,结合力好,耐蚀性能大大提高。

Abstract:Technology for electroless Ni-P plating on magnesium alloy directly after acid pickling was studied.The effect of the acid pickle treatment time of the AZ91D magnesium alloy substrate on the surface morphology and coating quality were observed by a metallurgical microscope.The influence of pH,temperature on deposition rate were analysed.The surface morphology and corrosion resistance of the deposit were tested.When the acid pickle treatment time is 25 s,coating obtained is uniform and dense with a fine appearance and strong adhesion with the matrix of plated metal.The corrosion resistance of AZ91D magnesium alloy electroless Ni-P plated by above process is improved apparently.
