摘    要:设计一种基于增量式编码器和STM32F103系列芯片的角度测量仪。该装置与被测物件按一定传动比固定安装,系统自动测出传动比并存储,以免断电数据丢失。被测物件每转动一周,光电传感器触发一个零位信号,编码器输出A、B两相方波信号,STM32F103芯片接收到编码器的脉冲信号后根据算法求出对应的角度值,经串口在上位机界面实时显示并分析实验数据,得到不同传动比下的角度测量精度。

Abstract:The angle measuring instrument based on incremental encoder and STM32F103 chips has been designed.The equipment and the measured object fixed installation of a certain transmission ratio,the system can automatically detect transmission ratio and store to avoid the loss of data in the electricity turned off.The measured object turns a circle,the photoelectric sensor issues a zero-position signal and the encoder output the rotation angle as square signals of A、B,the STM32F103 receives the pulse signal then converts into corresponding angle values,the experimental data has been analyzed through a serial port real-time display in PC interface and has obtained the measurement accuracy of different transmission ratio.
