摘    要:巴彦淖尔紫金公司锌冶炼湿法系统采用两段高温锑盐除钴工艺,所产两段净化渣均含钴,对这种难处理的混合渣本公司开创性地采用了"酸洗净化渣-β萘酚除钴"工艺来回收净化渣中的有价金属,最终达到了Co、Cu、Cd、N i分别开路处理,Zn留在溶液后返回湿法炼锌主系统的目的,实现了经济效益和社会效益的双丰收。

Abstract:The technics of two stage purge with antimonic salt is used in zinc hydrometallurgy of banyannaoer Zijin Co.,Cobalt is cotained in both of the residues.The technics of "acid washing residues-removing cobalt with β-naphthol" is used in the company,By this process,the cobalt,copper,cadmium,zinc can be recycled singly,and zinc can be reserved in the solution and returned to the main process,then the goals of economy and social benefits boths are reached.
