凸曲前刀面硬质合金插齿刀齿形精度分析

摘    要:分析了锥形前刀面硬质合金插齿刀齿形误差,提出一种凸曲前刀面硬质合金插齿刀并对二者的齿形精度进行了比较。为提高硬质合金插齿刀的抗崩刃能力,需要采用负前角的特殊设计;但负前角的绝对值越大,抗崩刃能力越强,齿形精度下降越快。而硬质合金插齿刀的凸曲前刀面设计可很好地解决这个问题。

Abstract:The tooth profde precision of carbon alloy slotting tool with cone rake face is analyzed, the carbon alloy slotting tool with convex rake face is put forward and compared with the slotting tool with cone rake face. There is a special way of design of carbon alloy slotting tool which has minus rake angle to increase the ability of resisting the tooth edge collapse. The bigger is the absolute value of minus rake angle, the higher is the ability of resisting the tooth edge collapse, but more quick is the tooth profde precision going down. The application of carbon alloy slotting tool with convex rake face can solve the contradiction well.
