升降式交流斩波器

摘    要:介绍了一种新颖的Buck-Boost型交流斩波器.该交流斩波器将Buck-Boost型DC/DC变换器的开关管双向化,可实现单级降压或升压的AC/AC直接变换和能量双向流动.该变换器使用较少的功率器件实现了单级功率变换和能量双向流动,有利于提高变换器的功率密度和变换效率.详细研究了其工作模态和原理.分析了该变换器的两种PWM调制策略,并指出采用第2种调制策略可降低开关损耗.采用滞环电流控制的Buck/Boost型交流斩波器可对输入电压畸变进行有效抑制,保持了输出电压波形的高度正弦化.仿真和实验验证了分析的正确性.

Abstract:This paper describes a new power conversion circuit topology for single-phase AC/AC Buck-Boost chopper based on the DC/DC Boost converter.The proposed converter performs single power conversion,which minimizes switching losses and attains higher efficiency as compared with conventional converter.Detail working models and circuit principle are introduced at first.Then two PWM control policies are discussed,between which the second PWM mode is better than the first PWM mode due to its less switching loss.By u...
