| 摘 要： | 对影响中国电网的自然灾害类型及其对电网的影响、应对各类自然灾害的技术现状、灾害防御的困难与问题,以及应对自然灾害的技术需求分析等问题在10家网省级电网公司进行了问卷调查与分析,为今后相关技术、管理领域的研究收集宝贵的数据.提出从一体化的信息平台、电网外部信息的采集与存储、灾害引发电力设备故障的概率模型、灾害影响电网的分析预警与自适应控制决策技术、应对极端自然灾害的生命线工程等方面加强研究,以提升大电网抵御自然灾害的能力.

| Abstract: | A questionnaire survey is carried out in ten grid and province graded power companies on the issues such as natural disaster type threatening power grids in China,the characteristic of natural disasters impacting power grids,existing defense techniques for natural disasters,difficulties and problems in disaster defense,and the demand for disasters defense techniques etc.At the same time,results of the survey are analyzed.The content and conclusion of the survey are valuable to research on relative fields.Ba... |
