功能块式智能化塑性加工CAD系统的研究

摘    要:提出“功能块式智能化设计”的全新CAD构建思想方法并以此生成塑性加工CAD系统。规范出8种类型功能块来解决不同性质的生产问题,在复杂的动态生产环境中具有智能化的适应能力。系统包含由功能块繁衍模板、智能方法库、逻辑通道、可视化流程信息管理环境等构成的具有自生功能的内核,和用户从内核派生的功能块所构成的外围组织,能满足知识更新发展和用户千差万别的需求。

Abstract:It is come up with that functional blocks intellectually design, a brand-new computer aided design, and is structured the system of plastic forming CAD in this paper. Deducing eight types of functional blocks can be used to settle different property problems in production and possesses intellectually adapting ability. The system includes that self-producing functional core is made of model boards of multiplying functional blocks, intellectual methods bank, logic channels, visual circumstance of information managed processes and so on, and outer parts are derived from central core by users, and can meet diverse needs of various users.
