Abstract: | It is revealed how granulated solids influence the effect (revealed earlier for the point mass) of hard excitation of forced vibrations under planar transportation. The vibratory feeder with electro-dynamic microexciter has been analyzed in the first approximation by the averaging method. For the granulated solids, the effect is connected with the system structure variation (equation of motion), but, in addition to the number of degrees of freedom variation, other parameters and mode conditions can be varied. The relationships between machine parameters and the cross section of the flow and material consumption put on to the unit surface are obtained. Comparison with experimental data shows that the results correlate well qualitatively and numerically. The estimation of maximal possible error of the first approximation obtained according to the small parameter value is close to maximal disagreement between the experiment and the theory. |
