| Abstract: | Liaoning province is a serious water shortage area in China. The sustainable utilization of water resources has great meaning in improving the social economy development. Though the analysis on the current situation and development of water resources in Liaoning province, from the perspective of social economy development, it provides the measures and policy recommendations for sustainable water resources utilization to realize the sustainable development of social economy ensured by the sustainable water resources utilization. |
