L-乳酸高产菌株的诱变育种

摘    要:
对L-乳酸细菌(Lactobacillus casei FH2)进行诱变,得到产酸量高的突变株FH2-8-9,并与出发菌株FH2的性能进行比较,结果表明:①FH2-8-9的产酸速率明显高于FH2,且维持时间较长,具有更高的耗糖速率和糖转化率;②突变株FH2-8-9对乳酸的耐受性好,进入对数生长期的时间短,能保持更长的对数生长期,最终菌体浓度高于出发菌株FH2,FH2-8-9的菌体密度比FH2高55%.

Abstract:
The mutant FH2-8-9 with high acid-producing capacity was obtained through the mutation of lactobacillus casei FH2. Through the comparison of the two strains, it was concluded that: 1. the acid-producing capacity of mutant FH2-8-9 was higher than that of lactobacillus casei FH2, and the conversion ratio of glucose of FH2-8-9 was higher and its acid-producing time was longer; 2. mutant FH2-8-9 had better tolerance, its entry in the logarithm growth period was earlier, its ultimate bacteria concentration was higher, and its bacteria density was 55 % higher than that of FH2.
