| 摘 要： | 采用黑龙江省相关定额作为计价依据,进行了轻钢龙骨复合墙体价格组成分析。为使轻钢龙骨复合墙体满足哈尔滨地区建筑外墙节能标准,依据保温性能相近原则,进行了轻钢龙骨墙体与8种常用墙体的造价、自重和占用空间对比分析。分析表明,轻钢龙骨复合墙体的价格在100～180元/m2之间,其中材料价格组成中岩棉所占比重最大,占总价格的40%～50%;龙骨腹板开孔后墙体材料价格升高0.4%～0.5%,加20mm厚苯板外保温后墙体材料价格升高13%～20%。对比分析表明,轻钢龙骨墙体具有保温性能优越、价格适中、墙体厚度小等特点,综合效益突出,具有在哈尔滨地区推广使用的前景。 |
