微波对稠油作用机理的数学模型研究

摘    要:利用微波加热稠油达到降粘的目的是稠油降粘方法的一种新思路。本文利用电磁学和传热学方面的相关知识,从拟合稠油中胶团介质损耗和换热系数随温度的变化规律出发,建立并求解了微波加热稠油的微观电磁模型和热学模型。求解的结果表明,微波加热稠油过程中,存在着“热效应”与“非热效应”的2方面作用,“非热效应”造成稠油内部局部高温,使稠油在未达到热裂解温度时内部即发生了分子链的断裂,从而达到降粘的目的。

Abstract:A new method of heavy oil viscosity reduction by microwave radiation is introduced.Microvisual electromagnetic model and thermology model have been established and solved by starting with matching the change of micelle dielectric dissipation and heat exchange factor with temperature by using electromagnetic and heat transfer knowledge.The result of calculation shows that there are heat effect and non-heat effect in the process of heating heavy oil by microwave.Local high temperature is caused by the non-heat effect,resulting in the molecular linkage of heavy oil cracked before reaching the cracking temperature and achieving the purpose of viscosity reduction.
