热喷涂镍基合金粉末表面的车削加工

在大型灰口铸铁件表面用镍基合金粉末热喷涂处理后，为保证零件的尺寸精度和形位公差精度符合设计要求，采用了以车代磨加工方法。文章主要介绍了PCBN刀具在该加工中的应用。并从增强刀具的抗冲击性能和延长刀具寿命、降低生产成本等方面作了初步探讨。实践证明该方法是行之有效的。

Turning of the Surface that is Thermal Spray Coated with Nickel Base Alloy Powder

In order to ensure the size accuracy and form/position tolerances of the workpiece, the surface of the large gray iron after spray coated with Nickel base alloy powder is machined by turning instead of grinding. In this paper, the application of PCBN tools in this kind of machining is introduced, and the sections of strengthening the shock resistant and extending the lifetime of the tools, decreasing the producing cost are preliminarily discussed. It's proved that this method is effective.
