南水北调中线工程对汉江中下游城镇及农业灌溉用水的影响与对策

南水北调中线工程是从长江中游引水到严重缺水的京津华北地区的跨流域调水工程。根据多年的研究论证，明确中线调水工程宜先引汉、后引江。经过对近期引汉北调进行多方案研究后发现，无论最终采取哪一种调水方案，势必影响汉江中下游的水情，给汉江中下游城镇及农业灌溉用水带来影响。为做到调水工程的“南北两利”，本文对汉江中下游的用水影响提出了相应对策。

The Middle Route Project of South - to - North Water Transfer is a project of transferring the water from the middle - lower reaches of Hanjiang River to Beijing, Tianjin and North China. According to many years' studies, it is decided to transfer water from Hanjiang firstly and then from the Yangzi River. Studies illustrate that every transfer scheme would affect the hydrologic regime and the water utilization of the towns and agriculture of the middle - lower Hanjiang River. The paper offers some suggestion for the problem.
