多级模糊层次分析法在农村公路养护管理工作中的应用研究

为提高农村公路养护管理水平,分析了农村公路养护管理工作效果的影响因素,建立了多层的农村公路养护管理工作考核评价指标体系。应用多级模糊综合评价方法对不同乡镇的农村公路养护管理工作进行评估考核,并进行了等级排名。结果表明,该方法很好地体现出农村公路养护管理工作评估的模糊性和主观性。

An Application Study of Rural Highway Maintenance Management Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

In order to improve the level of rural highway maintenance management,the effect factors of rural highway maintenance and management are analyzed.The multilevel maintenance management evaluation index system is constructed.The multilevel fuzzy integrative evaluation is used for the effect of the rural highway maintenance and management with the triangle membership function.The result shows that the method reflects the fuzziness and subjectiveness of the rural highway maintenance and management evaluation.
