基于健康理论的农村河道疏浚规划浅见

基于新农村建设河道治理方面的需求,以农村河塘健康理论来指导河塘疏浚。在对农村河道现状及存在问题进行分析和诊断的基础上,从水资源开发现状和生态保护方面分析了平原区农村河塘健康的内涵。在规划和管理农村河塘方面,提出了较为明确的方向：在开发和保护中,应维持农村河道良性循环状态,从而实现河塘健康,外在表现为服务功能健全、断面结构稳定、水质优良、生态系统健康。

Preliminary Research of River Dredging Planning Based on Theory of Healthy Rivers

Based on the demand of river regulation in the new rural construction, the theory of healthy rural river-pond is used to guide the dredging. On the basis of the analysis and diagnosis of the present conditions and existing problems of the rural river, the connotation of rural river-pond health is analyzed from the aspects of development status and ecological protection of water resources in plain. Maintaining the state of virtuous cycle of rural river-ponds is used to reach river-pond health in the development and protection, so as sound service functions ,the stability of section structure ,fine water quality and ecosystem health. It points out a more clear direction and has an important guiding significance in the rural planning and management of rural river-ponds.
