超超临界锅炉试运爆管原因分析及对策

摘    要:超超临界机组锅炉在试运期间,由于设备制造、现场安装、酸洗、吹管、管内节流孔、受热面内清洁度等造成堵塞,引起受热面短时超温而爆管,直接影响锅炉使用寿命及整套启动时间。经分析后,提出预防措施。

Abstract:During the trial operation of ultra supercritical boiler,due to equipment manufacturing,site installation,pickling,blowpipe,orifice tube,poor cleanliness within the heating surface caused congestion,and lead to short-term over-temperature of the heating surface and burst pipes,thus directly affects the boiler life and whole set start-up time.After analysis,the paper proposes prevention measures.
