影响HPF工艺脱硫效率的因素分析

摘    要:通过考察近几年来迁安中化煤化工有限责任公司焦炉煤气脱硫工艺的运行状况,发现脱硫循环液温度、脱硫液中挥发氨和两盐含量是影响HPF工艺脱硫效率的主要因素。通过优化多个工艺参数,将脱硫循环液温度控制在37℃以内,挥发氨质量浓度保持在8g/L以上,脱硫液中两盐质量浓度降低到300g/L以内,保证了HPF脱硫工艺运行稳定,从而使脱硫效率大幅度提高,目前脱硫塔后H2S的质量浓度维持在0.2g/m3以内,达到了设计目标。

Abstract:HPF desulphurization process is one of the most commonly used methods for the desulphurization of coke oven gas in China.Our study on the HPF desulphurization process adopted by the Qian'an Zhonghua Coal Chemical Plant shows that the temperature of the desulphurization liquid,the concentration of volatile ammonia and the byproduct salt were the key factors that impact the desulphurization efficiency.By optimizing the parameters of the HPF process,the operation of the Qian'an Zhonghua plant has been smooth and the desulphurization efficiency improved to a great extent.
