| 摘 要： | 社会的发展给高校德育工作带来了新的挑战,而高校德育工作在很多方面长期处于一种急需解决问题而又苦于没有合适的解决方法的尴尬境地。本文初步探究了高校德育工作中的问题,结合实际提出了一些提高高校德育工作效果的可行性措施,以期更好的进行高校德育工作。

| Abstract: | The development of the society has made colleges＇ moral education new challenge. Whereas, inmany aspects, the moral education work is in the awkward position of having many urgent problems unsolvedand finding no effective solutions. So this paper explores the problems in moral education work and puts forwardfeasible plans with the expectation of improving the work efficiency. |
