摘    要:对现阶段轻量化材料在重型卡车上的应用现状进行了阐述,包括高强度钢、铝合金和镁合金。着重介绍了超高强度钢在重型卡车上的应用现状,开发新型的屈服强度为600 MPa~700 MPa的超高强钢是重型卡车用钢的研究热点。同时,利用CAE技术对结构减重的整体强度和刚度的变化进行对比分析,可让重型卡车制造商和用户更为直观的了解减重是不损失汽车安全性的,推进超高强度钢在重型卡车上的应用步伐。只有将CAE结构优化设计与新型材料开发有效的结合起来才能获得更好的减重结果,因此提高企业的自主创新能力,加大企业和高校及科研单位的合作力度是至关重要的。

Abstract:The lightweight materials from the current heavy-duty trucks applications are surveyed in detail,including high-strength steel,aluminum and magnesium alloys.Focuses on the ultra-high strength steel in the heavy-duty trucks application status,and the hotspot is the development of new super strength steel with yield strength of 600 MPa~700 MPa.Meanwhile,the use of CAE technology for the analysis of the overall structural strength and stiffness changes by structural weight loss that allows heavy-duty trucks manufactures and users a more intuitive understanding of weight loss is no loss of vehicle safety and promotes the pace of the application of high strength steel in heavy-duty trucks.Only the effect combination of CAE structural optimization and the development of new materials can get a better weight loss results,thus improve the enterprise's independent innovation capacity and the cooperation of business,universities and scientific units is essential.
