摘    要:从现代医学和人类营养学的角度,确定了煎盘中除Fe和C、Si、Mn、P、S五大元素外,可供选择的微量元素。从铸铁冶金学、产品的壁厚和具体生产实际情况出发,确定了应当保证含量并经现代医学证明对人类极为有益的元素及其加入方式.获得了具有保健功能的高强度铸铁营养煎盘。

Abstract:Trace elements for the nutrient pan, in addition to Fe, C, Si, Mn ,S and P, were selected from the view of modern medicine and nutrition. And the addition amount of the trace elements, which is beneficial to human being by modern medicine, was determined and the addition method was also developed in accordance with cast iron metallurgy, product size and production condition. The hygienical high strength cast iron pan was developed.
