微机继电保护串行通讯初探

摘    要:串口通讯是微机保护装置的一个重要组成部分,根据IEC60870 5 103标准,提出了一种实际可行的通讯方案,较好地适应了不同保护装置开发的需要。该文首先对通讯规约和通讯硬件结构做了简要分析,随后重点论述了通讯软件结构和程序的编制流程,并给出了功能检测结果。各种实验表明,此种方案是有效可靠的,并且已经应用到了实际生产。

Abstract:Serial-port communication is one of the most important divices in microcomputer protective products of power system. According to IEC60870-5-103 norm, the paper proposes a feasible communication project which is convenient to developing a variety of protective products. The communication protocols and hardware structure are briefly analyzed. The communication software structure and its program flow chart are detailed and function test results are presented. The project is proved to be effective and reliable. And a series of relay products have been applied in production.
