摘    要:通过Mannich反应 ,木质素被有机胺类化合物改性 ,用醋纤薄膜电泳测定了木质素的改性率 ,它与改性后的木质素胺的含氮量存在线性关系 ,相关系数r =0 .990 2 ,根据F检验 ,当α =0 0 0 1时 ,线性关系显著 ,结果说明用电泳测定木质素的改性率是可行的

Abstract:Lignin was modified with amines through Mannich reaction. The modification ratio of lignin was determined by see of acetate fiber membrane electrophoresis, which was linear with the nitrogen content of lignin amine, with correlation coefficient r = 0.9902.According to the F test, the linear relation was noticeable when α = 0.001.Experimental result proved it feasible to utilize eletrophoresis is to detemine the modification ratio, and this method was introduced.
