| 摘 要： | 以BIM技术为基础,结合某高级中学建设项目案例,从进度、质量、安全、成本等方面出发,系统阐述了BIM技术在当前现代化学校建筑工程项目管理中的落地应用。项目的BIM应用效果良好,为以后在大型学校综合体EPC总承包项目中全面推广“数字化管理平台”提供了成功经验。

| Abstract: | Based on BIM technology,combined with a high school construction project case,from the progress,quality,safety,cost and other aspects,this paper systematically expounds the application of BIM technology in the current construction project management of modern schools.The BIM application effect of the project is good,which provides a successful experience for the comprehensive promotion of"digital management platform"in the EPC project of large school complex. |
