开缝钢板墙及其在高层钢框架结构中应用试设计

摘    要:介绍6组共12个1∶4缩尺开缝钢板墙试件往复加载试验研究。试验结果表明,由于钢板中对角拉带作用的存在,开设双层竖缝钢板墙的性能比开设单层竖缝钢板墙的性能更好。根据试验结果并结合理论分析,建议考虑板带端部附加变形影响的开缝钢板墙抗侧刚度与受剪承载力计算公式。以北京长富宫饭店钢框架结构为背景,试设计了一填充开竖缝钢板墙的框架结构,基于结构弹性层间位移角满足要求与墙板屈服时侧移角不小于1/300的原则,介绍了布设开缝钢板墙的方法与结构抗震设计过程,通过对新设计结构与原结构弹塑性时程分析结果及用钢量的比较,表明设置开缝钢板墙不仅可以提高框架结构的抗侧刚度,改善整体结构的抗震性能,而且可以节省钢材,震损后易于更换,是改善框架结构抗震性能的一种有效方法。

Abstract:Test results of 12 specimens about one-fourth scaled steel plate shear wall with vertical slits specimens in 6 groups are presented in this paper. It is found that specimens with two layers of vertical slits all failed in a diagonal tension band mode due to buckling of the entire steel plate and behaved much better than the specimens with one layer of vertical splits. Based on the available test results and theoretical data, wall stiffness and strength calculation formula are proposed. The design procedure and seismic design principle are introduced for the application of steel plate shear walls with vertical slits in the Beijing Chang Fu Gong Hotel based on the criteria that steel plate shear drift ratio at yielding point should not be less than 1/300. The nonlinear dynamic responses and amount of steel used between the new trial structure and the prototype one are compared, revealing that not only lateral stiffness of the whole structure but seismic behavior can be improved under feasible design and layout of the steel plate shear walls with vertical slits.  The steel shear wall with vertical slits can easily be replaced if damaged in earthquake, and is promising as a high performance element for frame structures.
