摘    要:提出一种多裂纹应力强度因子计算的新方法--复合法(亦称修正系数相乘法),该方法的目的是为了建立一种多裂纹结构复杂应力强度因子的简单计算方法.该方法是根据不同结构承受相同载荷,其应力强度因子用相乘原理,且多裂纹结构可以分解为若干简单情况.实际上,这种方法是多裂纹应力强度因子的修正系数由各简单情况的修正系数相乘得到.文中给出三个计算例题,用组合法和复合法进行计算比较.计算结果表明,复合法计算更简单、方便和直接,两种方法计算得到的结果非常接近.

Abstract:A new calculation approach for stress intensity factor (SIF) of multiple site cracks is presented. It is called composite approach (i.e. modification coefficient product approach). In order to obtain a simple method for calculation of SIF of multiple site cracks, the composite approach is established. The method is based on the product principle; if different structures subject to the same load, and multiple site cracks structure can be divided several simple situations. Practically speaking, the modification coefficient of SIF for multiple site cracks is obtained by multiplying the simple situations. Three examples are given. The composite approach is compared with the combined approach. Calculation and results show the composite approach is simpler, more convenient and direct. It is very agree with the combined approach, and it is an available approximate engineering method.
