摘    要:针对我国近海边际油气田多为高凝、高黏原油的特点,基于国内制管工艺和能力,借鉴国外海洋油气田开发工程成功应用单重保温管的经验,从力的传递和变形协调条件出发,对单重保温管层间轴向剪应力计算分析方法进行了探讨,提出了一套适合单重保温管设计计算的新方法,并提供了计算算例。

Abstract:In accordance with the characteristics that most of offshore marginal fields in China produces high pure point and high viscosity oil, on the base of the domestic pipeline fabrication process and capacity, by using the experiences of successful application of pipeline with insulation foam in development engineering of offshore oil and gas fields abroad, and from view of conditions of force transmission and deformation adjustment, this paper discusses the calculation method of inter-surface axial shear stress of the pipeline and put forward a new calculation method for design of the pipeline with the calculation case.
