高抗冲,抗静电,阻燃PVC改性材料的研制

摘    要:
本文论述了一种生产高抗冲、抗静电、阻燃聚氯乙烯(PVC)改性材料的生产方法,并讨论了抗冲击改性剂的类型和抗冲击改性剂的用量对材料抗冲击强度的影响;炭黑用量对抗冲击性能和表面电阻的影响,生产工艺如温度,模具压缩比对抗冲击性能和表面电阻的影响。

Abstract:
This paper dealt wilh the preparation method of a high ntiimpact, antist- atic and Flame retardant PVC modified material. And the effects of the kinds and amount of impact modifier on impact strength of material,the relationship between the impact strength, surface resistance and amount of carbon black used, as well as molding temperature and compression ratio of the dies were discussed.
