摘    要:为保证阿海水电站碾压混凝土工程施工质量,减少温度裂缝的发生,通过QC小组现场活动,进行现状调查、目标确定、原因分析,确认要因后制定对策,进而展开对策实施。QC小组活动效果证明:大坝混凝土早期最高温度得到了降低,进而也降低了产生温度裂缝的风险,实现了课题目标,保证了工程工期,并带来了显著的社会效益与经济效益。

Abstract:A series of on-site activities of QC team are carried out in order to ensure construction quality of Ahai Hydropower Station Rolling Concrete Dam and reduce incidence of temperature cracks. Objective is determined and causes are analyzed through situation investigation, causes are confirmed, countermeasures are formulated, thereby developing strategy implementation. Activities of QC team verifies that early maximum temperature of dam concrete is lowered, thereby lowering the risk of temperature risks, achieving topic objective, ensuring project period, and bringing significant social benefits and economic benefits.
