| 摘 要： | 本文对一种用于煤矿井下防爆绞车驱动的交交变频器——鼠笼式异步电机传动系统做了全面的介绍。该系统为全数字化控制,用6片8031单片机完成速度调节、变频器触发、故障诊断等功能。文中除对上述功能的实现一一叙述之外,还介绍了用梯形波调制和转差率反馈控制改善交交变频器电网功率因数的方法。

| Abstract: | The paper thoroughly introduces the ac-ac frequency converter in driving system of asynchronous motor for underground coal mine explosion-proof winder. The system is controlled in complete digitalisation by 6 pieces of 8031 monolithic processor to make through with the function of speed adjustment,trigger of frequency converter and fault diagonosis, etc. Besides, the method to improve power factor in the network by means of trapezium waveform modulation and slip feedback control is also described. |
