齿轮内啮合传动的重合度及载荷修正系数的计算(Ⅰ)—齿侧间隙的计算

摘    要:在渐开线齿轮少齿差内啮合传动中,由于受力侧的内、外齿轮齿廓之间的齿侧间隙较小,当齿轮受载后会出现多齿对同时啮合的现象。运用解析的方法推导出理论齿廓之间的最小间隙计算公式以及考虑制造误差以后的齿廓之间的最小间隙计算公式。通过分析对比,发现某些齿对的齿侧间隙值已接近制造公差及齿廓变形的数量级。在啮合区间的左右端部,各对齿廓的齿侧间隙差别较大,但具有小间隙值的齿对数较多;在中部,各对齿廓的齿侧间隙差别较小,但具有小间隙值的齿对数较少。考虑制造误差与不考虑制造误差对齿侧间隙值的影响不大,特别是在啮合区间的中部。

Abstract:In the internal gear transmission structure which having a few different numbers of the teeth, because of the normal backlash of the tooth is small, many pairs of tooth would contact at the same time after the gear being loaded With the analysis method, either the formula about the normal backlash between the theoretical tooth profiles or the tooth profiles having manufacturing error would be deduced Through the analysis and comparing, it is found that some normal backlash has approached the value of the manufacturing tolerance or the deformation of the tooth profile At the terminal parts of the mesh line, the difference of the normal backlash between the different pairs of tooth is larger but the number of the tooth pairs which having a little normal backlash is much Otherwise, at the middle of the mesh line, the difference of the normal backlash is small and the tooth pairs having little normal backlash is lesser The inference of the manufacturing error to the normal backlash is not obvious, especial at the middle of the mesh line
