| Abstract: | The situation of production of cadmium by vacuum distillation from copper-cadmium slags was introduced. The reason that the inpurity content in the distilled cadmium produced by the process was beyond the set standard was analyzed. The production capacity of cadmium was greatly improved by directly supplying melt cadmium to the vacuum retort furnace. |
