人机工程学在搬运手孔设计中的运用

摘    要:
从人机工程学的角度出发,对瓦楞纸板箱上搬运手孔位置的选择合理性进行了讨论.认为应该根据被包装物品的重量、高度及对称性等特点,结合人工搬运作业及人机工程学的特点来综合分析,不能简单地采用同一的开孔位置.对于高度不足1m又较重的物品,可以在侧下方开孔;对于高于1.2m又较重的物品,可以在侧下方开设斜置的手孔,并在对侧的上方开出辅助的指孔;对于不对称的物品,应使物品的重心处在两侧手孔中心线所形成的平面内.

Abstract:
From the ergonomics point of view,this paper discusses the reasonable position of the handling holes on the corrugated cartons.Not simply being opened at an unchanged place,the holes should be designed according to the packaged good's weight,height and symmetric properties,and by considering the combination of the carrying processes and ergonomics.For the box shipping heavy goods while the height is less than 1 meter,the holes could be at lower position on each side;While the height is more than 1.2m,the holes could be at lower position on each side but oblique,and with some auxiliary finger holes on the opposite place;for the box shipping unsymmetrical weight goods,the centers of the handling holes should be aligned with the center of gravity of the good in one vertical plane.
