疏水缔合水溶性聚(丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸钠/N,N-双烯丙基十二胺)水溶液的粘度行为

摘    要:采用前加碱二元胶束共聚-共水解法合成了三元疏水缔合水溶性聚合物聚(丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸钠/N,N-双烯丙基十二胺)P(AM/NaAA/DiAC_(12))],研究了其水溶液的粘度行为。当x(DiAC_(12))=0.10%~0.40%时,在30℃、1 mol/L NaCl溶液中,其特性粘数η]、Huggins常数K_H、粘均相对分子质量(?)分别为16.38~19.45 dL/g,0.214~0.394和8.36×10~6~10.36×10~6g/mol;K_H小于0.8,表明其分子内缔合作用较弱。P (AM/NaAA/DiAC_(12))在矿化度为19 334μg/g,盐水溶液中的表观粘度随疏水单体用量的增加而增加,随温度、剪切速率的增加而降低。在NaCl、CaCl_2的离子强度分别为1.26×10~(-3)~4.88×10~(-3)和1.07×10~(-4)~5.28×10~(-4)mol/kg的水溶液中,P(AM/NaAA/DiAC_(12))水溶液出现盐增粘现象,疏水单体用量越高,盐增粘效应越显著。

Abstract:A series of hydrophobically associating water-soluble polymers poly(acrylamide/sodium ac- rylate/N,N-diallyl-N-dodecylamine) P(AM/NaAA/DiAC_(12))] were prepared by the way of co-hy- drolysis with alkali before radically micellar copolymerization.Their solution properties were exam- ined.When hydrophobic mole fraction was 0.10%-0.40%,the intrinsic viscosity valuesη],Huggins constant K_H and viscosity average molecular weight of the polymers at 30℃and in 1 mol/L NaCl aqueous solution were 16.38-19.45 dL/g,0.214-0.394 and 8.36×10~6-10.36×10~6 g/mol,respec- tively.It was shown that intramolecularly hydrophobically associating interactions in the dilute solu- tion were rather weak because K_H was always less than 0.8.In the 19 334μg/g saline solution,ap- parent viscosity of the polymers decreased with hydrophobic mole fraction decreasing and with temper- ature and shear rate increasing.There appeared viscosity enhancement phenomena in the saline solu- tion of P(AM/NaAA/DiAC_(12)) when the ionic strength of NaCl or CaCl_2 were 1.26×10~(-3)-4.88×10~(-3) mol/kg or 1.073×10~(-4)-5.28×10~(-4)mol/kg,respectively.The more the hydrophobic fraction, the stronger the viscosity enhancement effect.
